Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for handmade ceramics. If you have any questions about colors or specific products, you can email us to request additional information or color samples. If your order arrives damaged please see the shipping section for instructions. 

Production Quality

Ceramic products are made by hand and may have a bit of character such as brushstrokes, variation in glaze concentration, and small imperfections in the glaze or body. Size, colors, and shape of each item will vary slightly due to the organic, handmade process.

Glaze color may also vary slightly from product to product. This is the nature of a hand-made product. Defective products include chips, cracks, and large or obvious blemishes.
